This four-session summer math series is designed to help students strengthen important skills before entering 6th grade. Sessions will include guided instruction, practice activities, real-world word problems, and opportunities for students to build confidence with math concepts.

About the event
These support sessions are built to help students understanding of the four topics: Rates/Ratios; Fractions and Decimals; Expressions and Equations; and area, surface area, and volume. Mr. L's Tutoring and Enrichment is led by a behavioral clinician that's tutored math and supported teachers in classrooms in public, private and charter schools ranging from 3rd grade to 10th grade. With a background in applied behavioral analysis, which helps explain the context and importance of these math concepts and skills.
